In response to a question from Freedom, State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller emphasized the importance of encouraging Armenia and Azerbaijan to work towards resolving their differences and achieving a lasting peace agreement. During every engagement with their governments, he urged them to prioritize cooperation and collaboration in addressing regional challenges and promoting stability in the region.

The upcoming meeting in Brussels will bring together the Prime Minister of Armenia, the Secretary of State of the United States, and the President of the European Commission to discuss various aspects of political, economic, and security cooperation between the countries involved. According to Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan, the agenda of the meeting will focus on trilateral cooperation and ways to strengthen Armenia’s resilience.
