The Cybersecurity Ecosystem: A Systemic Approach for Italy
On July 2, the National Conference for the Creation of a Cyber Capacity Building Ecosystem was held in Rome. Organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation along with the Agency for National Cybersecurity (ACN), this conference aimed to establish a systemic approach within Italy’s cybersecurity sector.
The event began with keynote speeches from notable figures, including Vice President of the Council and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Hon. Antonio Tajani, Minister of the Interior Matteo Piantedosi, and Director General of the Agency for National Cybersecurity Bruno Frattasi. Their objective was clear: to engage Italian players in the cybersecurity sector to create an ecosystem that could compete globally.
