Natrona County Board of County Commissioners has unanimously approved the transfer of Racks Gentlemen’s Club’s liquor license to Season’s Hall, a new catering and events center that will be part of Johnson Restaurant Group. This business is designed for corporate parties, weddings, celebrations of life, fundraisers, and more.
Sonny Pilcher, the owner of Racks, filed for bankruptcy due to financial struggles and was awaiting the board’s decision before proceeding with his bankruptcy court proceedings. The transfer application was approved by the bankruptcy court and Season’s Hall will now take over Racks’ license.
Season’s Hall will be located at 2230 Bryan Stock Trail and will feature an on-site commercial kitchen, an outdoor garden area and gazebo, bridal and groom suites for weddings, stages for live performances, and more. The facility will consist of two spaces that can accommodate up to 250 people in one space and about 80 in the other. Renovations are set to begin soon with hopes of opening by summer 2024.
Johnson Restaurant Group plans to hire staff closer to the opening date and is excited to offer this unique catering and events space under their umbrella. With its prime location and extensive amenities, Season’s Hall is sure to become a popular choice for event planners in the area.
