On the night of November 14th, at approximately 2:15 am, Fayette County deputies made an arrest in a suspicious person case. A 911 caller had reported seeing someone wearing a ski mask and peering into the windows of a business near Kenwood Road. When deputies arrived on the scene, they found Desjuan Toliver, 29, of LaGrange, matching the description provided by the caller.

It was clear to deputies that Toliver had criminal intent as he was carrying pieces of concrete to the storefront. They searched Toliver and found car keys hidden in his sock. Additionally, they discovered a GMC Yukon and a trailer parked several businesses away containing more pieces of concrete, ratchet straps, and moving blankets.

Toliver was subsequently booked into the Fayette County Jail for loitering, prowling, and criminal intent to commit burglary. The intention of Toliver was to break into closed businesses in the middle of the night. The evidence against him included his possession of concrete pieces and car keys hidden in his sock. Deputies also found a GMC Yukon and a trailer with more items several businesses away which further supported their suspicions against him.
