Sunday’s Game Matchups and TV Schedule

The 2024 Men’s College World Series in Omaha, Nebraska has reached its elimination stage as two ACC baseball teams – Florida State and Virginia – have been knocked out of the competition. Both teams lost their opening round matchups in walk-off fashion, leaving them to face off in an elimination game at Charles Schwab Field on Sunday.

Florida State had previously beaten Virginia 12-7 in the ACC Championship last month, but it was not enough to save them from elimination as they fell to Tennessee with a 12-11 loss. Meanwhile, North Carolina emerged victorious over Virginia with a 3-2 win, setting up a showdown against Tennessee in the next game.

The bracket and schedule for the Men’s College World Series can be found on the NCAA Baseball Tournament website. Fans can catch the action live on ESPN for the Virginia-Tennessee game, which will take place at 7 p.m. ET on Sunday, and on ESPN2 for the North Carolina-Tennessee game at 9 p.m. ET later that evening. Both games can also be streamed online via ESPN+.
