After spraining his MCL in April, Anderson struggled to regain his form upon returning to the field in May. The injury affected his body mechanics, particularly his front leg when swinging, which impacted his performance at the plate. Anderson admitted to having difficulty finding comfort at the plate after the injury.
Looking ahead, Anderson will need to make significant changes to his game in order to have a chance at returning to the major leagues. Without improvement, his career in professional baseball could be in jeopardy.
