NILES, Mich. – This Small Business Saturday, the Niles Main Street community is celebrating local businesses with a full day of deals, live music, and experiences for the whole family. The festivities begin at 9 a.m. with the Holly Jolly Artisan Market at The Grand LV. Visitors can shop for unique handmade items from local artisans while also exploring the beautiful historic building.
In addition to the artisan market, community members can check out an open house at the Chapin Mansion during this time. The mansion is a stunning example of Victorian architecture and offers visitors a glimpse into life in the late 1800s.
The Rockin’ Small Business Saturday Music Festival is also taking place downtown and runs until dusk. This event features live music from local musicians and vendors serving up delicious food and drinks.
As the day comes to a close, families can enjoy horse drawn carriage rides and a tree lighting ceremony in Niles’ downtown area. This is followed by a meet and greet and photo op with Santa Claus himself, making it the perfect end to a wonderful Small Business Saturday celebration. To learn more about this event, click here.
