Discover Your Future in Aviation at Pima Aviation Technology Program Career Fair

Pima Community College’s Aviation Technology Program is hosting a career fair and open house for individuals interested in entering the aviation industry. The hiring fair will take place on Tuesday, March 26th from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Aviation Technology Center near Valencia Rd. and Park Ave.

According to faculty instructor Chris Barnett, there is a high demand for skilled workers in the aviation industry. Many employees retired before and during COVID, creating a significant gap in the workforce. Barnett believes that this demand will continue for some time as the industry continues to grow and expand.

During the event, attendees will have the opportunity to meet and interview with local and national aviation employers, interact with Pima’s instructors and students, and tour the hangar. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start or further their career in aviation technology to learn more about the industry and connect with potential employers.
