Race Penalty Drops Marc Marquez to 10th in MotoGP Standings as Rookie Acosta Impresses

Marc Marquez received a 16-second post-race time penalty for low tyre pressure in the Dutch Grand Prix, which caused him to drop from 4th to 10th place. The MotoGP World Championship standings were updated, with Jorge Martin from Spain leading with 200 points, followed closely by Francesco Bagnaia from Italy with 190 points, just 10 points behind.

Marc Marquez, who received the penalty, now sits in 3rd place with 142 points, 58 points behind the leader. Enea Bastianini from Italy is in 4th place with 136 points, while Maverick ViƱales from Spain rounds out the top 5 with 118 points.
