On Tuesday, the Los Angeles Rams announced that they have waived running back Darrell Henderson from their roster. This marks the end of his second stint with the team. Henderson, a 2019 third-round pick, had initially remained with the team until November 2022 before returning to the practice squad in October.

During his time on the active roster, he made four appearances, running 46 times for 112 yards and two touchdowns while also catching 10 passes for 103 yards. However, his return to the lineup coincided with Kyren Williams going on injured reserve.

The Rams are expected to fill the spot that opened up with Henderson’s departure by bringing back Williams from injured reserve this week. The team has yet to make an official announcement regarding his return, but it is likely that he will be back on the field soon.
