Real estate transactions in the Dubai market on Wednesday totaled about 2.6 billion dirhams, resulting from 874 procedures, according to data from Dubai REST. The value of sales reached AED 1.68 billion from 665 transactions, with the highest activity in the Palm Jumeirah area, totaling AED 143 million through 11 transactions.

Mortgages in Dubai amounted to AED 691 million through 158 procedures, with Palm Jumeirah leading the way at AED 156 million from 6 procedures.
