Grubhub, a leading online and mobile food ordering and delivery platform, has announced its integration with MENU Link, a marketplace order management system provided by ParTech, Inc. (PAR), a global restaurant technology company.
This partnership will allow restaurants to seamlessly manage Grubhub delivery and pickup orders directly within PAR Brink POS, PAR’s innovative cloud-based point-of-sale system. The integration will automatically sync menu items, pricing, and other order information between PAR Brink POS® and Grubhub. This feature will reduce errors, save time and provide restaurant managers with robust reporting on all Grubhub orders.
“The way people experience food has drastically changed — especially among millennials and Gen Z — with the surge in delivery services,” said Savneet Singh, PAR CEO. “Together with GrubHub, our MENU Link solution tackles this head-on by integrating all major delivery services into one system.”
With MENU Link’s centralized control over menus, dynamic pricing for different channels, store-level information and order data from third-party marketplaces, restaurants gain the capabilities they need to thrive on digital demand. This unified approach eliminates confusion, costly errors and duplicative work that often comes with managing multiple tablets from various delivery services.
