The Monster Energy Supercross series has announced three themed nights for the 2024 season, marking an additional focus on the 50th anniversary of Supercross. In addition to celebrating its own milestone, the Pro Motocross series celebrated its 50th anniversary last year, and now Supercross will be doing the same this year. The season will include 17 races, with a special night dedicated to the anniversary, Military Appreciation Night, and a night devoted to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
The highlight of the season will be a race dedicated to the 50th anniversary of Supercross, where teams will don throwback designs and livery to honor the occasion. Another themed night will be Military Appreciation Night, which will take place during Round 7 at Arlington, Texas. This event will showcase graphics and liveries inspired by the men and women who have served in the military.
Round 14 at Nissan Stadium will be devoted to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, featuring artwork from children at the hospital and supporting a yearlong text-to-donate campaign. In addition to these themed nights, Supercross has also made news for other schedule changes, with updates to the start times for more primetime viewing.
