Lebanon Incurs Heavy Costs as Tens of Thousands Evacuated Due to War

Hezbollah, a terrorist organization with state identity, holds political influence in the Lebanese government. The ongoing conflict between Hezbollah and Israel poses concerns for the successful tourism industry in Lebanon, which accounts for about 20% of its GDP.

The possibility of devastation in Lebanon amidst ongoing economic chaos is a major concern for both sides, highlighting that this conflict is not yet a full-scale war. Efforts towards peaceful resolution are ongoing, and both sides may find further motivation through their shared economic interests.
