NBC Los Angeles reports the arrival of the biggest rubber duck in the world at Lake Elsinore

The “world’s largest rubber duck” is making a grand appearance at the Fourth of July celebrations in Lake Elsinore, California. Measuring an impressive 61 feet tall, 64 feet wide, and 74 feet long, this giant duck named “Mama Duck” has captured the hearts of people all around the world.

Lake Elsinore Mayor Steve Manos expressed his excitement for visitors to witness this unique attraction during the weekend festivities. Mama Duck was inflated at Lake Elsinore’s Diamond Stadium on Wednesday and will remain on display there until Saturday night. The stadium has a packed schedule of events planned for the weekend, including an Independence Day concert, a Jeep Duck Day Car Show, and live music performances by artists such as Rocio La Dama de La Cumbia. A Queen tribute band will also be performing on Saturday, along with food vendors for attendees to enjoy.

Following the weekend celebration in Lake Elsinore, Mama Duck will be deflated, packed up and shipped off to Greensboro, North Carolina for her next big adventure. This event promises to be a fun-filled opportunity to see the world’s largest rubber duck up close and personal, along with various festivities planned for visitors throughout the weekend.
