Identity of victim revealed in deadly industrial accident at Huntsville company

On Wednesday morning, a tragic industrial incident occurred in Huntsville, Alabama that resulted in the death of a man. According to Don Webster of Huntsville Emergency Medical Services Inc. (HEMSI), the man was killed after granite fell on him at Huntsville Granite and Marble LLC on Memorial Parkway. The victim was identified as 32-year-old John Hopper by Madison County Coroner Tyler Berryhill.

The investigation into the incident has been taken over by OSHA to determine the cause and prevent future accidents. This tragic event serves as a reminder of the importance of workplace safety measures to prevent such accidents from occurring.
