Bobby Johnson Reportedly Hired as Commanders’ Offensive Line Coach

The Washington Commanders have announced the hiring of several new coaches to their staff, including Bobby Johnson as the offensive line coach and Ken Norton Jr. as the linebackers coach.

Johnson, who previously worked with the Giants, brings a wealth of experience to the role. He spent two seasons as the offensive line coach with the Giants before being dismissed at the end of the 2023 season. He also has coaching experience with teams such as the Colts, Raiders, Lions, and Jaguars over the course of his career.

Norton Jr., on the other hand, has a proven track record in coaching linebackers. He most recently served as a defensive coordinator for the Vikings before joining the Commanders. Norton Jr. also has previous experience as a linebacker coach with teams such as the Cowboys and Steelers.
