Chinook and Conrad Middle Schools to compete in statewide science tournament showcased on Hi-Line Today

Nearly 900 middle and high school students from 80 teams across Montana will gather at Montana State University on Friday, April 19th to compete in a variety of STEM disciplines during the Montana Science Olympiad State Tournament. Among the participating schools are Conrad Middle School and Chinook Middle School, both located within the New Media Broadcasters listening area.

Students from schools all over Montana have formed teams to compete in this event, where pairs or trios of students compete in individual events with the opportunity to earn medals. The winning team will be crowned the state champion and have the chance to compete at the national tournament held at Michigan State University later in the spring.

The Montana Science Olympiad State Tournament is an excellent opportunity for students to showcase their dedication and talent in the STEM fields. It provides them with a platform to test their skills and knowledge in a competitive environment while engaging in hands-on learning and collaborating with their peers from different schools. This event promises to be an exciting and rewarding experience for all participants.
