Erica Lyons, a senior at Red Bluff High School, has been named the science student of the month for February. With a GPA of 4.05, Lyons has excelled in courses such as Environmental Science, Honors Chemistry, AP Biology, and Anatomy. What sets her apart is her passion for learning in the field of science. She finds all branches of science to be engaging and enjoyable, unlike some other subjects that may be boring to her.
Lyons’ curiosity and drive to learn more are what keep her motivated, alongside the support and encouragement she receives from her friends and teachers.
